Can someone advice if this code is to be billed once all postpartum visits where completed?

Can a provider bill this code each time the patient comes in for a postpartum visit?

if the provider billed for global package 59430 can't get billed out since its included in global fee.
if billing outside of global care, only one 59430 will get paid

And that code is usually billed at the completion of the PP visits (at 6 weeks). You are correct that 59430 can only be billed if the provider is not billing globally and represents all outpatient PP services.
