Does anyone have a link to a definitive answer as to whether or not this is the correct procedure code when my radiologist is reading a CT that is done with an immobilization device in place for Radiation treatment planning?

for Example:

CT head without contrast:
Clinical indication: Metastatic lung cancer.

Technique:
Axial 1 mm CT images of the head were performed without contrast with immobilization device in place.

Findings:
The CT examination demonstrates no evidence of intracranial hemorrhage or
significant mass effect. Postoperative findings of right suboccipital
craniotomy are present with mesh placement in the suboccipital region.

There is a fluid collection associated with the mesh, which extends
inferiorly extracranially and has slightly increased in size since the
prior study. The transverse dimension of this extracranial fluid collection
component is approximately 4.6 x 2 cm on series 3 image 10.

CT head impression:
No evidence of acute intracranial hemorrhage or mass effect.

Postoperative findings of right suboccipital craniotomy with increased
extracranial fluid collection.

Or would you code it as a CT Head without? I see conflicting information regarding the use of procedure code 77014 though that seems to be what should be appropriate is that only for the radiation oncologist to use?

Was the immobilization device in place for Radiation treatment planning, or just post surgery?

Unless you know that it's for the placement of the radiation therapy fields I think I would code it as the 70450.
