At our cardiology clinic, we have some physicians that perform the stress test, but may have another physician interpret the findings. We have been billing 78452-TC and 78452-26, but now Blue Advantage all of a sudden states that CPT 78452-26 is stating invalid modifier. Any advice would be appreciated.
