Can you bill both 80300 and 80301 on the same day?
 
Since Medicare did not adopt the new CPT drug assay codes for 2015 these codes are not included in the NCCI edits. However, most payers would likely question the medical necessity to use two different presumptive testing methods, i.e. a cup and an immunoassay analyzer.
