we started having issues with BCBS denying CPT 88305. As per checking, CPT 88305 has been EXCLUDED from BCBS guideline. Not sure why I can not attach the guideline. but it shows that eff 02/1/2023 88305 is excluded from it. Has anyone else experienced the same problem ? We were never informed by BCBS about this major changes/
