Wiki cpt 90837

I am hoping that I can get some clarification on this code. I am told by my co-worker that we can not use 90837 for a LCMHC. I do not understand why no if we can bill 90832 and 90834. Can any one verify this for me? Thanks,

The only thing i can think of if payer doesn't allow 60 min visit for CSW.
