How do you bill for CPT 92250 Fundus Photography with interp & report in a primary care setting? And any information about 2022F, this is showing non covered by Medicare & Medicaid. Thanks!

92250 with no modifier to show your provider did two whole service. 2022F is a quality measurement tracking code so it just an informational code
