Hi,
Medicare denies 92928-RC modifier as invalid modifier for 2013 claim.The state is Hawaii. Can anyone suggest, what action need to taken or need to add additional modifiers to receive payment for 92928.

that is a valid modifier. What else did you bill with 92928?

Check on your Medicare site or call. Palmetto GBA had problems with
them as well. The modifiers were not in their base yet. It is just getting resolved for us.
