Help! Is anybody else having problems getting reimbursed for antigen serum? With code editing software they are now telling me I can only get reimbursed for 30 units of 95165. I have always billed 40 units for my single injection patients and 80 units for my bilateral injection patients. Any help out there on what I'm doing wrong.
