I have an allergist who is billing 1 unit from 10 different vials of antigens (e.g. dust, molds, cats, dogs, trees, pollen etc.); the total quantity billed per visit is 10; he is stating that this is in accordance with CMS guidelines.
This is not my interpretation of the CMS guidelines; can anyone assist me with this?
