I am new to IOM, and have Code 95887 being denied by UHC. I know it's an add-on code, but the other codes billed were: 95941 95938 95937. I need to know which code is considered primary code, or will 59 modifier appended to the code resolve my issue?

95887 should only be used in conjunction with 95907-95913, per notation under 95887 in the CPT manual. When EMG testing is performed without NCV, see codes 95860-95870, depending on which muscles were tested...I'm thinking will be 95867, 95868, or 95869 based on the description of 95887.

Hope this helps!
