How are other hospitals billing CPT CODE 96111 developmental testing when done by a Hospital Developmental Specialist. Are you billing as on a 837p professional or 837I. If on 837I are you using rev 918 with 96111 and any ICD9 requirements. Are you sending to Medical payor or psych payor?
