CPT 96118 & 96119 Date of Service

I am working with one of our providers to work through an inclusive denial issue he is having with 96118 and 96119 combination. He meets the unbundling qualification based on 96118 as he is interpreting outside tests that are different from those performed by our technician billed under CPT 96119. Can someone verify what the correct date of service should be? Is it the date the interpretation began on or date completed? Or is it broken down over several dates depending on if took several days to complete? Thanks in advance.
