Hello. Question on Pushes of same medication. If morphine is given at 0800, then again at 0815 and a third time at 0847, we charge for an initial, we cannot charge for the 0815 push of morphine per CPT book because the push was performed within 30 minutes of the initial. Can we charge for the 0847 push of morphine? We are trying to decipher if CPT considers the "reported push of same substance or drug, the previous push at 0815 or any push before the 0847 push. Sorry if this is confusing, but we don't want to miss out on charges or charge, incorrectly. Thank you so much!
