anyone have guidance on cpt code 96402? I have it hitting claim edit. I am billing for professional fees only and wondering if this should actually be billed by facility? any thoughts?

Medicare says, "Codes 96401-96402, 96409-96425, 96521-96523 are not intended to be reported by the individual physician or other qualified health care professional in the facility setting. "
I am confused what you mean by "professional fees only" - do you mean you're not billing for the actual drug?
