CPT 99350 for Echo Stress Test

When a stress echocardiogram is performed and the physician interprets the results (CPT 93350), are there any additional CPT charges required to go alongside it? The description underneath CPT 93350 from the book states: (Stress testing codes 93016-93018) should be reported, when appropriate, in conjunction with 93350 to capture the cardiovascular stress portion of the study. Do not report 93350 in conjunction with 93015). Is CPT 93016 and 93018 needed to be charged too? Any help is appreciated!
