I dont know why im having hard time getting reimburse for this code form insurance. Does any one know if there is any other code that we can use instead of A6448?

That code is at carrier discretion. Many/most (if not all carriers) will consider that supply expense as part of the normal cost of doing business. They consider the payment for E/M or procedure as including minor supply expenses. Think expenses like a patient gown, bandaids, gloves, speculum, etc.
