Can anyone tell me if conscious sedation is consider anesthesia for the cpt codes that have w/anesthesia? I thought that is was not considered ane but someone else does and they are going by the ane society. I know I found this answer someone before but cannot remember and I will need ref. Any help would be appreciated. :confused:
