Hi there!
Well, plain ol' folliculitis is L73.9, Follicular disorder, unspecified.
Now, since you are posting this in the OB/GYN section of the forums, I am assuming that it is a follicular infection of the genitalia. I will additionally assume (I know, it's dangerous) that you have already included your marginal area in the 1.5cm and the lesion being plural was a typo. Pus is irrelevant (unless you are implying an aspiration), the follicle is infected. Looks like a pretty standard 11422.
