Hi, can anyone help me...I'm confused when looking for a procedure in the book. I'm not sure what key words I should look for. Appreciate any help!!!
 
Ok, I have an example. Procedure is an open reduction with internal fixation. When I go to the cpt book, I'm confused as to what I should look up first. The dx is an interarticular fracture. Do I look up fracture first or the reduction? I also have a question regarding arthroscopy. There's a procedure of the left knee arthroscopy with partial medial meniscetomy and lateral meniscectomy. Do I go to arthroscopy first or meniscetomy? I hope I didn't word this to confusing. Thanks so much for your help!!!
