CPT code 25440 nonunion scaphoid repaired with iliac crest bone harvesting

Please help me with this case. Surgeon repaired a nonunion scaphoid using iliac bone graft from patient. I know that 25440 says it includes obtaining graft, but 20956 is not in the CCI for CPT code 25440. Can I use both codes?
