This code was denied stating that is invalid for a general surgeon. Can someone help me with this? Thank you!
 
Who is the payer?
Typically I would think 11006 would be done primarily by a general surgeon.
Are there any other factors you are not stating...done within global of a different surgery, by a different provider maybe?
