If the physician says The left 4th and 5th MCP's were each injected with 10 mg of depomedrol after local anesthesia would this be 20600-F3 and 20600-F4? I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. I have never coded Rheumatology before so any help would be greatly appreciated.
