CPT code 44139-Mobilization (take-down) of splenic flexure performed in conjunction with partial colectomy.

mobilized the hepatic flexure? This is not the same thing as the splenic flexure and this should not be used for the mobilization of the splenic flexure, am I correct?

Could someone verify this for me?
