Wiki CPT Code 65600 and 92071 Bundled for same eye

Greetings- please confirm that cpt code 65600 already "includes" the patch/bandage cpt code 92071 if on the same eye/on same day. For my own "Edification" purposes with provider. Thank you.

NCCI Manual (Chapter XI section G.7) states:

CPT code 92071 (fitting of contact lens for treatment of ocular surface disease) shall not be reported with a corneal procedure CPT code for a bandage contact lens applied after completion of a procedure on the cornea.
