The below is a note for what the provider describes is a Conjunctivoplasty and he has chosen CPT code 68320 for this and then CPT code 65778 for the 2nd procedure here for the AMG which I'm not questioning.
I'm not 100% sold on CPT code 68320, I feel like this code is describing much more than what is here in the operative note. The coder removed 68320 and replaced it with 68110 which I'm not agreeing with. We then had it looked at by an auditor and they are chosing 68135 instead of 68320.
I've been researching and trying to get the best code but I'm not sure on this one.
Could I get anyone's opinion, I'd appreciate that since I'm not sure what to do here.
