Hi Everyone, our physician did a case which involved placemen of Cochlear Vistafix implants due to an acquired left auriculectomy defect

after trauma to the ear at work. I need to established a comparable cpt code in order to set up the unlisted code-69399- in our system.

Has anyone had dealing with setting this up and getting the comparable code. Please need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
