Are you giving general anesthesia in the office. General anesthesia is part of 69436 (Tympanostomy (requiring insertion of ventilating tube), general anesthesia). If you are putting in the tube under local or topical anesthesia, code 69433 (Tympanostomy (requiring insertion of ventilating tube), local or topical anesthesia)
