Can you still use CPT Code 75635 and not do the abdominal portion of the exam?
 
75635

75635 includes the abdominal aorta. If they only did the extremities you should look at using 73706. If both extremities were done you can bill this code twice with RT/LT modifiers attached. You may want to review the order & check with your provider if there is a discrepancy.
