What is the appropriate code for an adult for x-ray of nose to rectum? CPT code 76010 is for a child. Any help would be appropriated.

According to CPT Assistant in the February 2010 edition, 'any patient who measures less than 17 inches from nose to rectum, and thereby fits on a single (14 X 17 inch) film would fit the definition of "child" for this study'.
