I need some clarification on bill CPT code 76705 US abdominal limited.
If billing from POS office, billing under 1 tax ID # we own the machine for the practice I would bill 76705 no modiifers?
If the patient was admitted to the hosp on the same would the charges be denied?

If your physician reviewed/reported and your physician (or employed sono tech) performed the exam and you own/lease the equipment, you bill the sono with no modifier for the global (both technical and professional component).
There should not be an issue with billing if the patient was admitted to the hospital later the same day.
