we received denial for lab code with pos 22 what does this mean and how to correct
 
If you are billing as an independent lab, you cannot use POS 22. Without knowing more about what kind of lab you are billing for, and what, exactly, your lab did, it's impossible to say why the service was denied. You'll need to talk to the payer for clarification.
