is there anyone who could provide some guidelines on cpt code 87637 and what pitfalls that may come w/ 87637?

This seems to be to see of pt has SAR/ COVID bacteria in their system=labs 87636 or 87637 by a probe collection method .I imagine in patient s nose or throat probing for bacteria. I d use dx J98.8 respiratory disorder, R05 cough or J32 throat, ,J22 ,J01, J11, Nasal see dx J34.8 or whatever symptoms or dx physician has assessed to support checking for COVID. Then add Z11.52 Encounter for testing COVID or Encounter for COVID if contact with someone dx Z20.822 If lab result is positive COVID add dx U07.1 as first dx or B97.21 then dx Z11.52.
