Wiki CPT code 90834

Hello All
a quick question , we are FQHC and our LPC is billing CPT code 90834 ( 45 mins) to medicare advantage ( Allwell) but allwell denied. so i am wondering if this CPT can not be used by LPC for medicare advantage plans.
i did some research but could not find anywhere about the code that LPC can not use it.
please help thank you

Our Allwell (Arkansas) told us they wanted us to submit G-codes for visits. You may need to contact them and see if they want those instead of the "9-codes" (9083X).

Obviously, if they are an MCR advantage you need to bill G code.

thank you for help, but could you explain what G code to use i could not find and i did ask allwell representative and they could not answer me too. thank you once again for help
