Good Morning,
I have a question regarding the billing of cpt code 91034 PH testing for GERD
Our practice is looking into doing this. I am asking if the E/M code is built into this code or can we bill separately?
I see that the interpretation is included; however, I am not sure about billing an office visit with this code.
