The allergists that I work with bill 95615, number of units (could be up to or over 40). This is only billed once as the antigens to be administered are usually for a year. I am having problems with Medicare denials (utilization) and having to file a reconsideration form with medical records. Would love to know if any other allergy groups are having the same problem or is there a problem in billing for the dosage to be given over a long period of time?

Thanks for any help or insight!
