For CPT code 96130 the definition is - Psychological testing evaluation services by physician or other qualified health care professional, including integration of patient data, interpretation of standardized test results and clinical data, clinical decision making, treatment planning and report, and interactive feedback to the patient, family member(s) or caregiver(s), when performed; first hour

If the patient doesn't come back for the psychological testing results can the testing, interpretation and reporting still be billed? I am thinking no since the description of the CPT codes states "interactive feedback to the patient, family member(s) or caregiver(s)." I can't find any information that states this is a true statement. Any insight on the would be greatly appreciated. Thx
