Can a provider bill 97750 with modifier 95.
 
According to EncoderPro it is eligible for coverage by Medicare if provided via Telehealth. I could not find the 2023 list of Medicare covered Telehealth services; however, I found the 2024 list which was updated on 11/13/23 and 97750 is listed as covered in 2024. You can find the List of Telehealth Services page on CMS.gov which I've linked for you.

However, you need to check with your commercial insurance companies and state Medicaid agency to determine if they cover the same Telehealth services as Medicare, most do but some may not and you cannot assume that if it is covered by Medicare that it is covered by all payers.
