resected all visible tumor across the posterior wall the bladder and into the prostatic urethra from the 5 to 10 o'clock position to just proximal to the verumontanum

Looking for CPT code - patient has had Previous TURP.

Without the size of the tumor dictated you can only bill 52224 for resection of the bladder tumor extending into the prostatic fossa. Diagnosis would be C67.8
