Wiki CPT code choice

I was looking for the most accurate CPT code for insertion of implantable contact lens. It looks like CPT code 65130 has been used but I don't believe this is correct. Would 66989 be more accurate? I am new to the office so am just getting my bearings, any help would be much appreciated!

create an internal reporting code since it is not billable to insurance anyway
