Hello I really need help with coding the diagnostic laparoscopy and left salpingectomy for patient that had occluded mass? any help or advice is appreciated.
 
This seems like
58661 Laparoscopy, surgical; with removal of adnexal structures (partial or total oophorectomy and/or salpingectomy)
The diagnostic laparoscopy is included. From the limited information provided, I am interpreting that the mass was inside the fallopian tube which was removed - not a separate mass. For ICD10, likely N83.8 for the mass (unless pathology or other records provide a more precise code).
