I have a provider who documents debridement of the mandible for possible osteomyelitis. In looking at codes, it appears 21025 may be the best code but is also appears that 11044 would also work for the debridement. He also sent the sample for biopsy and wanted to code 88309 but it looks like 88302 would also work. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
