Hi all, I have drawn a blank with these codes. My provider has used the 64999 for the Impar block, which is unlisted. Does anyone know of a newer code? Also not sure what code to use for the sacrococcygeal Intraarticular steroid injection. I am seeing the 20550, we rarely do these, so I always have trouble. I appreciate any input.

I believe 20605 would be the code for sacrococcygeal intraarticular steroid injection, since the injection is happening at the joint. 20550 would be more for a tendon sheath or ligament injection.
