I have a provider wanting to bill for reviewing labs, radiology, and medical records before a patient appointment. I cant find a CPT code for this. Any help will be great!

It is bundled into the visit, unless it exceeds 30 minutes of time beyond the typical time for that CPT code (see CPT book for typical times). Then it is 99358 for the first hour beyond the usual time. He cannot use this to review his own records.
