CPT CODE FOR TAKEDOWN OF ENTEROCUTANEOUS FISTULA

I am needing help with a cpt code for the above. however the provider did not resect any part of the bowel?

The enterocutaneous fistula was did not appear to be continuous with the bowel and these tracts were completely excised.

the provider also did a hernia repair and cholecystectomy would the above just be incidental?
