I am trying to figure out a CPT code for this procedure please

The patient was placed in the supine position and underwent induction of anesthesia, the lower abdomen and groin was prepped and draped in the standard fashion, and local anesthetic was used to anesthetize the skin over the mid-portion of the inguinal canal. An incision parallel to the inguinal ligament was made. Dissection was carried through the soft tissue to expose the inguinal canal and inguinal ligament along its lower edge. The external oblique fascia was split along the course of its fibers, exposing the inguinal canal. The ilioinguinal nerve was identified and transected sharply after injection with Exparel and Kenalog. Palpation was performed along the floor the inguinal canal and no hernia was identified. The external oblique fascia was then closed using 3-0 Prolene suture.
Deep subcutaenous tissue was closed using 3-0 Vicryl. 4-0 Monocryl and skin glue was used to close the skin

I'd suggest taking a look at
64772 Transection or avulsion of other spinal nerve, extradural
There was also an injection 64425, but that's a CCI edit
