Maybe you are referring one of these?


96365 for a solution + medication infusion lasting over 16 min and up to 1 hour

99601 (professional) Home infusion/specialty drug administration, per visit (up to 2 hours)

S9364, S9365, S9366, S9368 Home TPN

96401-96549 Chemo and includes other highly complex drugs or highly complex biologic agents.
