Medicare pt had a fx d and c diag hysteroscopy, eua (pelvic and pap) and a wet mount done in or. I know I can't bill the 57410, but how do I get the pap smear and wet mount paid? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think it depends on the rationale and medical necessity for the PAP and the D&C. This is not a grouping of services you normally see in the OR. If you could post the note I might be more able to be of assistance.
