I have just started coding Interventional Radiology. I am looking at the way the clinic has been coding Plantar Fasciitis Embolization. I am not sure it is correct. I have been researching but can not get a good answer. Here are the catherizations listed. How should this be coded?

Catheterizations:
1. Right posterior tibial artery: microcatheter.
2. Right lateral plantar artery: microcatheter.
3. Right medial calcaneal branch of lateral plantar artery: microcatheter.
Angiograms performed in each catheterized artery.

Findings:
1. Right posterior tibial artery: forms common plantar, lateral plantar, and medial plantar arteries. The lateral
plantar artery continues into the plantar-pedal loop. Hypervascular blush is seen from the medial calcaneal
branch.
2. Right lateral plantar artery: Ovoid hypervascular tissue anterior to calcaneal tubercle with capillary phase
blush and early large draining vein.
3. Right medial calcaneal branch of the lateral plantar artery: Ovoid hypervascular tissue anterior to calcaneal
tubercle with capillary phase blush and early large draining vein.
Interventions:

Thank you for any help!
