OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
Bilateral myringotomy with T-tube insertions .Inferior turbinate submucous resections.Middle turbinate reductions.Bilateral maxillary antrostomies. Left maxillary sinus evacuation of mucus retention cyst. Right ethmoidectomy.
Bilateral sphenoid sinusotomy with ballon dilation. Bilateral frontal sinus ballon dilation. Open reduction of nasal septal fracture. Open septoplasty. Repair of external nasal valve collapse on the right side with cadaveric rib cartilage graft and right auricular cartilage graft. Left lower lateral cartilage cephalic trim. Columella strut with cadaveric cartilage rib grafting. Bilateral medial and lateral
